First, you’ll need to log into your blog following these instructions.
That will take you to the dashboard of your site.
Open your site in a new tab, and you will see a black bar with editing options as shown below:
Click “Edit Page” and it will take you to the screen shown below:
Scroll downwards, until you see the sections named “IMAGE” and “WHY LIVE AND WORK WITH LIMITS,” then click on the three horizontal lines on any one of the grey areas shown below:
To edit the image, click on the three horizontal lines on the grey box named IMAGE. That will take you to the screen shown below:
Click on the UPLOAD IMAGE button shown above, and it will automatically replace the current image with your new upload (recommended size 1920 x 1280 pixels), next, click SAVE & EXIT.
To edit the text and link in that section, click on the three horizontal lines on the grey box named WHY LIVE AND WORK WITH LIMITS.
That will take you to the screen shown below:
Here, you can edit the TITLE, and BUTTON URL
NOTE: You’ll only need to edit the settings mentioned in this tutorial. Everything else you can leave as is, since we’ve already optimized the theme for you.
Point your mouse cursor on the grey line shown above, and drag it to scroll downwards.
You’ll see the option to edit the BUTTON TEXT and finally, CONTENT.
Here, you can edit the paragraph that shows up in your WHY LIVE AND WORK WITH LIMITS section.

When you’ve finished editing, click on the green SAVE & EXIT button.
Finally click the blue UPDATE button to save all your changes.
